Charles "creature" Moore has been at it again.
The vile Islamaphobe has on this occasion made some outrageous comments against the MCB, claiming they are refusing to condemn attacks on British soldiers.
What gets my Halal goat is if reports are to believed the BBC is offering to pay libel damages to the MCB. While in my opinion the MCB have been libelled why should you & I as licence fee payers pay.
Moral of the story and notwithstanding our proud tradition of free speech, the BBC should not provide a platform for Muslim hate mongers or for that matter any hate preacher to gratuitously offend and incite hatred.
It is quite simple really: the BBC are liable because the BBC chose to broadcast the comments. Remember that QT is pre-recorded so that the BBC's lawyers can have the chance to get libellous material removed prior to the broadcast.
