Following my previous post sadly and tragically it is now reported that 15 year old Maleha Masud has died from her injuries sustained as a result of an arson attack. The rest of the family are still critically ill in a London hospital.
Our immediate prayers are with the family.
Now that the scum have been arrested and charged by the Police I think all decent folk from faith and non faith communities should have been outside Balham Youth court where the case was listed to be heard this morning in order to protest Peacefully and express our disgust as Londoners at what occurred in our great city.
London Muslim called both the Balham Mosques and Tooting Islamic Centre to establish what they were doing on behalf of the family and community. Neither answered the phone.

London Muslim has just spoken to BBC London about why there was no coverage on their afternoon bulletin. They claim the BBC has followed this story but due to court restrictions will now not be able to report further in detail.

I am really shocked and surprised,I was in the impression that media in England is v transparent specially BBC,it means they tell to the world only things of thier intrest and follow double standard and shoot the gun on the shoulders of the poor third world countries,shame.
ReplyDeleteI think its a wakeup call for the muslims to stand on one plateform and ask the security authorities in tooting area is that the secutrity they are providing to the innocent inhabitants and should bring the culprits to justice and make the details to public.
last but not the least i would request the imams of belham,tootingand couliers mosqueue to raisup thier voice and also offer prayers for the shaheed maleeha and the deceased family,
Careful old bean! Whilst with you on the discription of the perpetrator(s) as scum,it is a point of law that when anybody is charged,no pre judgment of the case is allowed.Have you heard of "Sub judice". Don't allow this error to give ammo to your enemies.
