Unlike Gordon Brown's pathetic effort which was so embarrassing it was probably written by a member of the Labour Friends of Israel, Clegg's message sends what appears a genuine message of support and was presumably written by a Lib Dem Muslim (Fiyaz Mughal?)
In this current Islamophobic climate for a Political Party leader to acknowledge the unfair portrayal of Muslims is a considerable and significant indicator of a deeper understanding of what UK Muslim are currently going through.
