Fifa appear to have shown Iraq the red card for what they claim is "government interference" ie a shia/sunni sectarian internal battle within the Iraqi Football Association.
London Muslim while appalled at any sectarian divisions by Muslims wonders about the haste of this decision by FIFA who are not known for hastily doing anything.
Surely all Governments to a certain degree interfere within not just their own football federations but all sporting federations.
After all remember the Faria Alam affair with senior members of the English FA were shagging her the Government via the Sports Minister got involved. Is that interference?
What about the appointment of leading Israelite Lord Treason to head the 2018 English World cup bid. Is that not interference. Just wondering what the real agenda of FIFA is when it comes to Muslim nations.
