Police who assaulted Babar Ahmad cleared of another racial assault

PC Mark Jones (front of picture) who was involved in brutally assaulting Babar Ahmed has been cleared of assaulting two more London Muslims at Kingston Crown Court.

This disturbing case involving Jones I believe will set back Police and Muslim Community work years and lead to calls for gimmicks like the Prevent to be boycotted . The latest case where Jones was acquitted involved allegations made by a Black Police Officer that Jones assaulted and racially abused Muslim teenagers. In other words a Black Police Officer alleges a white police officer, with previous form in attacking Muslims, was acquitted following a ruling from a white Judge that his previous assault be hidden from the white Jury in diverse Kingston.

While the Judge thinks Jones' past can be covered up London Muslim doesn't. When assaulting Babar Ahmed the Police Officers who included Jones made fun of Islam and were said to have forced Babar to kneel and pray before mocking him saying "where is your God now". In addition the assault included officers strangling Babar so the IPCC thought there was a case to answer but the CPS and Met's own infernal disciplinary tribunal did not

Jones who also seems to have the support of white BBC journalists like Dominic Casciani whose biased report is evidenced by the heading of the article and his first few words conjuring up imagery of the thin blue line. What Casciani did not say is the Officer who gave Jones a glowing character report that he used for his "decent officer" title was the same one who supervised the raid on Babar Ahmed's home.

This is how the hatred starts like a cancer between a section of the community and the Police when a succession of cases involving Police brutality towards Muslims leads in the minds of some to a travesty of justice.

While accepting the Jury's verdict lets be honest Jones attracts trouble and will continue to do so, as a result in my opinion he is not only a danger to Muslims but more widely to others in the community and his own colleagues.

Where is the Mayor or the Commissioner who following this acquittal should come forward to highlight the case for a criminal trial over Jones' involvement in the Babar Ahmad case or are you more concerned with looking after your own rotten apples than seeking justice when Muslims are the victims.
