Apparently Bliars latest wheeze according to the Daily Mail was to try and take a handsome retainer by well known friends of Israel, Tesco in order to establish their stores in the Middle East before the deal broke down.
One can just imagine rich Arabs in the Gulf yomping their way into the pro Israelite outfit like ducks to water buying dates made in settlements which presumably will be the best buy.
