Egypt and former Wigan striker Amir Zaki has finally turned down a move to Muslim owned Portsmouth because according to Zaki there is "no way could I play at Portsmouth with an Algerian within in their ranks." The Algerian who Zaki is reffering too is defender Nadir Belhadj.

ReplyDeleteLet us not forget his rejection of the Israeli contingent at Portsmouth as well. Having a political opinion is fine but there is no room for hatred of an individual simply because they happen to be from a country you do not agree with.
