England v Algeria in World Cup

After all the nonsense of Algeria getting through to the World cup Finals when beating Egypt they have now been drawn against England in Group C.

I'm not sure so with the climate etc in South Africa that Algeria will worry about playing the English who they have never played before even in a friendly. While the game is played in South Africa's winter when it gets cold I wonder about the constant shift from altitude to climate and doubt that will suit England even if the temperatures do.
