Fast food Arabs

Looks like Bahrain may have the fattest and unhealthiest people in the Arab World due to their love of fast food. London Muslim always used to think it may be the Saudis but I may have done them a disservice.

Congratulations to Bahrain on this dubious award from London Muslim as the fattest Arabs or is the more appropriate term clinically obese.
