Halal Turkey for Christmas

Following the huge boom in Halal Turkey's last year London Muslim is hoping to get another Halal Turkey this year.

However, surprisingly it sometimes is not as straightforward as you think despite the huge increase in demand particularly in London and there is a lot of inconsistency in the supply or perhaps I'm talking to the wrong Halal butchers.
