Patrick Mercer MP
Once again a growing and very competitive list of candidates but nevertheless this award must go to scaremongering rent a quote Patrick "Black Bastards" Mercer MP for the reasons I explain here and here.
Mercer, with his links to the Spooks and consultancy work for the Security Industry should be delighted with this award.
I believe Patrick Mercer is deserving of many such awards.

I think the man is a warmonger and doubt the day will dawn when he would demand the lads come home from Afghanistan. It looks like it’s blood guts and glory To Do and Die all the way only he ain’t the one doing the suffering or the dying.
