A revealing insight by the BBC into the outstanding work of Brixton Imam Mohammad Bashir who is breaking down barriers in what is a taboo subject within the Muslim community.
Imam Bashir is also training other Imams on how to handle this sensitive issue particularly when presented with Muslims who have HIV and or full blown Aids.
