Cherie Blair has also waded into the controversy surrounding the selection of Lucianna Berger, the Director of Labour Friends of Israel as Labour's Parliamentary candidate in Liverpool Wavertree.
Cherie has probably provided Berger with the kiss of death and almost certainly handed this seat to the Lib Dem's following Ricky Tomlison's declaration of intent to stand when she described Berger as "star quality".
One wonders what Euan Blair called Berger when they were an item.
