Eastenders is controversially planning to air a homophobic attack on Christian by Muslim relatives of Amira once she discovers and exposes Syed's Gay affair.

There is no shortage of precedents. Which other religion institutionally and systematically persecutes gays? No-one's saying all Muslims are homophobic, but Islam certainly harbours 'negative stereotypes' about homosexuals (and pretty much everyone else that isn't a Muslim).

So let me get this straight London Muslim, any TV show, film, book or news article or report which shows Muslims doing anything wrong should be banned in case it reinforces "negative Muslim stereotypes"?
ReplyDeleteYou're saying that TV programme can only show people committing criminal behaviour as long as they're not Muslim (and no doubt not Asian or black either). DESPITE the fact that people from ALL races and religions commit crimes and do despicable things every day?
Why do you have to make EVERYTHING into a race/religious issue? If Eastenders showed a white gang robbing a store would you say it portays whites in an unfairly negative way? Speaking of which a gang of black youths robbed the Vic in tonight's Eastenders episode. No doubt you're writing up an article as we speak about how racist that is.
People are evil regardless of who they worship or don't worship. But Liberals like yourself can't accept this and have to playbthe race and religion card every chance you get.
I thought we lived in a free society? Or do you only want it to be free for Muslims?

ReplyDeleteyou know whats quite funny? in this world today their are a mixture of good muslims and bad muslims. this is a fact you cant deny. however, the bbc claims to be non biased yet the only side they are showing is the bad muslims. is that not true? from fornicating with a man to eating during the month of ramadan etc. also this is a free society and london muslim is just saying its view. thank you.
