You really could not make this one up.
Luciana Berger, Director Labour Friends of Israel who was controversially selected as Labour's candidate in Liverpool Wavertree has begun her campaign with a visit to a Muslim Arab Center.
London Muslim says in no uncertain terms to the Al Gazali Center wake up and stop behaving like a bunch of brain dead ignorant fools. While it is worthy to raise self confidence and esteem amongst Muslims it is equally vital to raise the political literacy of the Muppet's who run the Center before doing the same for the wider Muslim community.
This is a classic example replicated across thousands of Mosques up and down the country run predominately by male goons who fail to understand the mere basics of Muslim political empowerment but perpetuate the opium of a no politics mantra which keeps our community subjugated to the whims of Neo Cons and Israelites.
Luciana Berger in her role as Director of Labour Friends of Israel has supported the murderous Israeli State as it carried out its atrocities towards Muslims in Gaza, illegally occupies the land of Palestine while a bunch Muslim buffoons without a brain cell between them invite her over for tea.
Lets hope someone within the Center wakes up, smells the coffee and realises the enormous potential and opportunity to ensure the 1000 visitors a week are advised to play their role in the general election by helping to defeat one of the leading Israelites in this country.

She promised to set a side funds for the silly community centre which is more likely to go into hotel building in Yemen than helping the communities in Liverpool. Plain criminals.
ReplyDeleteLondon Muslim you may think the following quote is inspirational and powerful
ReplyDelete"During times of universal deceit, telling the truth becomes a revolutionary act" - George Orwell
But let me quote the most powerful and most inspirational quote you seem to have forgotten.
يَـٰٓأَيُّہَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لَا يَسۡخَرۡ قَوۡمٌ۬ مِّن قَوۡمٍ عَسَىٰٓ أَن يَكُونُواْ خَيۡرً۬ا مِّنۡہُمۡ وَلَا نِسَآءٌ۬ مِّن نِّسَآءٍ عَسَىٰٓ أَن يَكُنَّ خَيۡرً۬ا مِّنۡہُنَّۖ وَلَا تَلۡمِزُوٓاْ أَنفُسَكُمۡ وَلَا تَنَابَزُواْ بِٱلۡأَلۡقَـٰبِۖ بِئۡسَ ٱلِٱسۡمُ ٱلۡفُسُوقُ بَعۡدَ ٱلۡإِيمَـٰنِۚ وَمَن لَّمۡ يَتُبۡ فَأُوْلَـٰٓٮِٕكَ هُمُ ٱلظَّـٰلِمُونَ (١١) يَـٰٓأَيُّہَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱجۡتَنِبُواْ كَثِيرً۬ا مِّنَ ٱلظَّنِّ إِنَّ بَعۡضَ ٱلظَّنِّ إِثۡمٌ۬ۖ وَلَا تَجَسَّسُواْ وَلَا يَغۡتَب بَّعۡضُكُم بَعۡضًاۚ أَيُحِبُّ أَحَدُڪُمۡ أَن يَأۡڪُلَ لَحۡمَ أَخِيهِ مَيۡتً۬ا فَكَرِهۡتُمُوهُۚ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ تَوَّابٌ۬ رَّحِيمٌ۬ (١٢) يَـٰٓأَيُّہَا ٱلنَّاسُ إِنَّا خَلَقۡنَـٰكُم مِّن ذَكَرٍ۬ وَأُنثَىٰ وَجَعَلۡنَـٰكُمۡ شُعُوبً۬ا وَقَبَآٮِٕلَ لِتَعَارَفُوٓاْۚ إِنَّ أَڪۡرَمَكُمۡ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ أَتۡقَٮٰكُمۡۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ خَبِيرٌ۬ (١٣){الحجرات:11-13}
O ye who believe! let not some men among you laugh at others: it may be that the (latter) are better than the (former): nor let some women laugh at others: it may be that the (latter) are better than the (former): nor defame nor be sarcastic to each other, nor call each other by (offensive) nicknames: Ill-seeming is a name connoting wickedness, (to be used of one) after he has believed: And those who do not desist are (Indeed) doing wrong. (11) O ye who believe! avoid suspicion as much (as possible): for suspicion in some cases is a sin: and spy not on each other, nor speak ill of each other behind their backs. Would any of you like to eat the flesh of his dead brother? Nay, ye would abhor it...but fear Allah: for Allah is Oft-Returning, Most Merciful. (12) O mankind! We created you from a single (pair) of a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes, that ye may know each other (not that ye may despise each other). Verily the most honoured of you in the sight of Allah is (he who is) the most righteous of you. And Allah has full knowledge and is well acquainted (with all things). (13) Al-Hujraat (49, 11-13).
Before you get excited and let your hot blood rush to your head then start labelling people, spread un-factual rumours and backbit; it is your duty to search for the true fact then and only then you would be doing your duty towards your religion. You must know that you will be asked by Allah about every word you say or write and although He may forgive you for words which don’t intrude on other people’s rights, He will not forgive until your victim forgives you. SO BE CAREFUL!

AA,
ReplyDeleteI am appalled by this article. You see one photo and a few words Ms Burger cut and pasted off our website and you automatically assume that we are politically ignorant idiots. We are a charity not a political organisation.
Luciana Burger was visiting all community based organisations in our area including all the mosques and churches. She requested to visit our centre to see the work we do. Nothing more nothing less. We did not and would not endorse a candidate for elections, it is illegal for a charity to do so. Ms Burger never requested permission to place the photo and article on her website from us.
We are running the largest voter registration campaign targeting the Muslim community ever seen in Liverpool. We are educating them about the need to get involved in the affairs of the city and the country. We are holding a hustings for the Muslim community where all the candidates can be questioned about their policies just prior to the election.
You know nothing about us yet sprout nonsense without checking the facts. A quick call to the centre to check the facts would have been nice, even the mainstream media do this before publishing an article, but hey who cares about the facts when you can sensationalise.
LondonMuslim, I invite you visit Liverpool and see the work we do, it might be good for you to leave London and see the work of your brothers and sisters in the north.
Regards
Kamal Mashjari
Al Ghazali Centre
I am replying to the person accusing the people in the centre of being criminals. you obviuosly are refelcting your own personality and mental state of bitter thoughts. we love our centre and appreciate everything that it is doing for the community. It is the only centre in Liverpool which genuienly strives to meet our needs and aspirations as a diverse Muslim community in Liverpool. Muslims have been in Liverpool since the 1800's, no centre has ever existed in the city in this capacity and achieved the extent that Al-ghazali has. Al-ghazali is a positive link between the community and the mainstream services, SO I THEREFORE URGE YOU NOT TO BE SO EGOCENTRIC AND MAKE THE WHOLE COMMUNITY YOUR CONCERN
ReplyDeleteASAK Kamal Mashjari,
ReplyDeleteThe Muslims of the United Kingdom and the world will judge you by your deeds - we will see if Luciana Berger gets elected.
If Luciana looses we will exalt you as true political fighters; If she wins we have every right to ask questions firstly of you and secondly of our selves for not supporting you.
In the meanwhile my prayers for wisdom, strength and stamina in your voter registration drive; and above all my prayers for the people of Liverpool to vote and to vote wisely to stop the ambassador of Israel on your door step.
You know, looking in from the outside, I do slightly feel I am looking back through a time machine at the Revolutionary Communist Tendency, Workers Revolutionary Party, Socialist Workers Party, Militant etc etc back in the late 1970s.
ReplyDeleteYes - I know that sounds like a Monty Python sketch. (There is a reason that film was written that way at that time!)
My thoughts and good wishes are very much indeed with all the sensible, mainstream Muslims of Liverpool, Tower Hamlets and everywhere else.
Good luck.
Kamal Mashjari is a member of the Labour Party and Abdul Basit Qadir (on the left) has just been elected as a Labour Councillor for Picton Ward in Liverpool. Just because you are a Charity it does not mean you must accomodate those who subscribe to murder.
ReplyDeleteHypocrites!!!
To the person above, I am not nor have I ever being a member of the Labour Party or any other party and even if I were a member of the Labour Party, isn't better to be inside and help change things and represent the interests of the Muslim community than sit on the outside like you making snide remarks using an anonymous identity. Being a member of a political party does not mean you support everything that party does or says.
ReplyDeleteOn the subject of Abdul Bassit, it is typical of our stupid community and its stupid mentality that you would criticise him for becoming a councillor to represent the whole community or should we just let others represent us and continue to complain.
If you had the guts you should come and see me to discuss your concerns.
