Marketing week has an excellent article on the growth of the Muslim consumer market and how retailers and businesses will need to ensure they get a slice of worldwide market estimated at some $2 trillion.
Apparently the new term marketeers use to describe Muslim consumers is the "futurist" because of our influence and spending power.
I've heard it all now. Muslim youth are a most "progressive" group. Imagine the outrage at HSBC Jehuda. Where is all this going? What is the obsession with branding everything Muslim compliant. We don't do it for Christian, Jew, Hindu or whatever else.
