Halal Holiday's

LM felt a bit lonely in what appeared a single handed desire to raise the profile of Halal travel.

That's why I am glad the issue is gathering more coverage in the mainstream press with this excellent article in the Guardian. I do hope Muslims here in the UK and internationally really take responsible ownership regarding how they spend their money and pursue a halal holiday.

  1. The problem with such things is that travel is generally halaal anyway.

Just sticking the halaal before another does not suddenly make it a winner.

  2. More segregation then LM? You're all too pure to mix with the likes of a christian?

  3. Surely having a drunk man attempt to chat you up is an essential part of your holiday?

I already feel it's a case of them and us, and things like this only make it worse.

  4. there is a very famous saying of the prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him)and he never said anything of his own accord but only through divine inspiration.the meaning of which is....'none of you is a true believer until you wish for others what you wish for yourself' those of you who love to go on holiday and have lots of fun then why would you be against muslim women having fun? i am a muslim woman, i cover because i love god and have submitted to him totally in hope of getting nearer to him in the highest paradise.but god doesnt forbid us from having holidays and having fun as long as we keep up our duties to him.i am a mother of five, i work very hard all day everyday. dont you think i deserve to have some fun aswel? i usually go on holiday to muslim countries but i am still limited in what i can do, so if a hotel is providing a service for muslims such as seperate pool for women only, seperate jakuzi, spa ect then i would definetly choose that over others.
