The Daily Mail is frothing about a few Muslim kids out of their nappies who wrote some badly spelt messages on Facebook threatening to kill a fellow classmate over his remembrance messages.
The non story seems to be exciting the Mail and its readers in order to continue the Poppy issue which has already been highlighted at length. My advice to the Muslim kids is go back to your Lego sets or pick up a dictionary and learn to spell.

If it were non- Muslim children "out of their nappies" who were making death threats to a Muslim child, would you be as nonchalant about this as you are?
ReplyDeleteI suggest that we don't go in heavy-handed making money & political capital out of this. Use a bit of noddle. They are kids & they need a clip rpond the ear or the cane & apologise in public to the victim of bullying. That a playground problem is played out among adults will lead to sectarian conflict & who benefits? Two wrongs don't make a right, Islamophobic news barons should not inflame the situation pouring petrol on the fire, let the school sort it out. Similaraly there is a crazy amount of Islamophobic bullying in schools, they & the parents are the ones to sort it out, not those just interested in getting a shekel or 2.
