I'm not a big cricket fan but could not help avoid watching the Poms defeating Australia in this years Ashes.
One downside for us living here in England is now having to put up with the insufferable Barmy Army probably now claiming that all their current crop of batsmen are on a par with Don Bradman.
The upside is Australia replacing Ricky Ponting
with their first Muslim cricketer Usman Khawaja who frankly should have been in the team from the start of the series. LM wishes Khawaja well and recommends this
excellent article by Peter Roebuck although naturally I'm rooting for England.
