Councillor Martin Mullaney a vicious Lib Dem Racist Councillor in Birmingham has been forced into giving a grovelling apology to the outstanding Salma Yaqoob for disgusting comments he made about her and Islam.
Mullaney said amongst other things that Salma Yaqoob supported stoning, suicide bombing and cutting off hands all because she refused to join in on a standing ovation to a British soldier who was receiving a bravery award for services in Afghanistan.
LM urges Muslims to take legal action and report white racists like Mullaney to the Police for clearly outrageous behaviour which is evidently an incitement to Religious hatred. The Lib Dems have refused to take disciplinary action so Muslims and Non Muslims for that matter should act by bringing these comments to the attention of the Police and a file be sent to the CPS for prosecution.

Could you explain to me in what way his remarks were "racist"? Really, I'd like to know.
ReplyDeleteAs for "an incitement to religious hatred", I can only imagine that Mullaney was assuming that Yaqoob is a "good muslim", and reminding people what that entails. And let's face it, there could be no more better manual for "incitement to religious hatred" than the Qu'ran itself, which is designed to instil in its readers hatred for all non-Muslims (e.g. with threats against those who befriend them and promises of a guaranteed reward in heaven for those who kill them). As you well know, stoning people to death, suicide killings and the chopping off of hands are in fact all endorsed by Islamic scripture, and thus if Yaqoob were a "good Muslim" she would indeed support such actions. What is "outrageous bahaviour" is the persisting, barefaced lie that such things are not to be found in Islamic scripture (and widely practised in Muslim countries), and the hounding of those who tell the truth as "Islamophobes" and "racists". Ironically, if people who point to such things in the Qu'ran and hadith are "Islamophobes", then so was the prophet Muhammad himself. Did Muhammad himself fail to understand Islam when he instructed his followers to indulge in such bahaviour? Is Allah also an "Islamophobe"?

ReplyDelete"The extinction of race consciousness as between muslims is one of the outstanding achievements of Islam and in the contemporary world there is, as it happens, a crying need for the propagation of this Islamic virtue." Civilisation of Trail- Professor Toynbee
"Islam had the power of peacefully conquering souls by the simplicity of its theology, the cleanliness of its dogma and principles and the defined number of the practices which it demands. In contrast to christianity which has been undergoing continual transformation since its origin, Islam has remained identical with itself"
Jean L'Heureux
"Mullaney said amongst other things that Salma Yaqoob supported stoning, suicide bombing and cutting off hands"
ReplyDeleteHow do you KNOW she does not support 'martydom' (the West call it suicide bombing) and stoning (in certain circumstances) and the cutting off of hands (Shariah law)
So is it possible to disagree with a Muslim with out being a "racist" in your book?
ReplyDeleteI put the term "racist" in inverted commas because as we all know, Islam is a religion( something people choose) as opposed to a race (which people do not choose to be).
