Television Interview with Shanna Bukhari responding to Muslim critics over Miss Universe

  1. The interview is ridiculous! It was commented on here: http://shannabukhari.blogspot.com/2011/03/islam-does-not-apply-if-you-do-not-live.html yesterday and has been fully dissected on the rest of the blog.

    What she is doing is against Islam. She is encouraging other Muslim women to also act against Islam.

    And for what?

    She runs a 'Shanna Bukhari Appreciation Society' on facebook such is her vanity!

I also was born in Britain to an islamic family who taught me morals as well as respecting the society that i live in but that doasent mean that i shuold imatate those around me, shanna wants the best of both, it doasnt work that way in ALLAH`S eyes, you sell your body your soul to the devils. Allah will judge you in a way you dont like but he will judge you for your actions whoever you are, but in perticular a so called muslim who wants to stip to her underpants and more... not realizing this will bring consequenses to the muslim ummah and her commuity and her family. A slut is a slut an if thats want you want to be then go ahead but a slut you are!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Even if that is so, so what? Please remember that you are only allowed to practise your savage little religion in this country because this country allows people freedom of belief and expression: something that you can NOT find in Muslim countries. So why the hell are you here, trying to control British Muslim women and to stir up a climate of hatred and condemnation against them when they participate ion British society? If you want to live under Shariah law, please f*ck off and live in a Muslim country, where your desperate, pathological need to control women is vouchsafed and endorsed by law and tradition. Why are you here at all? Oh yes, silly me: because you receive state benefits (thus dishonestly receiving money from the despised "kuffar"), don't have to work, and can enjoy all the fruits of Western civilisation and technology while hypocritically scorning them and pretending to be morally superior because you profess to believe in some primitive tribal superstitions invented (actually: largely stolen) by illiterate, misogynistic savages. I'm pretty sure Shanna will soon drop Islam and marry an intelligent English man, and that's what infuriates insecure men like you more than anything, isn't it? Admit it: you think that British Pakistani/Muslim women are your property, and can't stand the idea that "your" women will go off with British men, can you? (And yet, at the same time, I have no doubt whatsoever that you obsessively lust after white women.) Well, let me tell you, I have slept with plenty of British women whose parents are Muslim Indians, Pakistanis and Bangladeshis, and they have all told me that they do not believe in Allah, and only pretend to do so because their fathers, brothers and community might beat them if they found out. It's for that reason that "your" women have relationships with us and sleep with us while keeping it secret from you. If only you knew how many of "your" women prefer to sleep with white British men, I'm pretty sure you'd go and blow yourself up - pathetic, deranged little control-freak that you are.

I was born here, my daughter was born here too, and she is stunning to say the least, better looking than shanna would ever be, but never would i encourage her to do such a degrading act that would in affect hurt her and muslims as a whole.     You have made some basic mistakes in your analysis.

    Receiving benefits is to be encouraged IF you are waging a stealth jihad (which some are). This is because it economically weakens the non-Muslim state - and (in the main) the money is paid by the 95% non-Muslims. So in fact receiving benefits is being a GOOD Muslim.

    Bukhari's major evil activity is trying to encourage other Muslim women to act against Islam. At best it is cynical hypocrisy; at worst it is an act of (mental/spiritual) war and thus has to be repelled.

    You do not know the difference between singular and plural ("a women", lol!), nor know how to use an apostrophe, and very probably think that "u" is the correct spelling of "you", and yet I am the "dumb fuck" eh? If you really are a woman, I can only guess that you driven by bitter jealousy: unlike you, Shanna is beautiful, intelligent, educated, and free.

    Do you think that "having a PhD" is a job? Do you know what a PhD is? Plus, if you are receiving money from your husband, do you realise that you are in fact nothing more than a prostitute/cook (after all, he could hardly have married you for your intelligence or sense of humour, now could he?).

    No, very far from it in fact: they were all exceptionally honest, loyal, decent, educated people. Unlike you, they could also spell, and did not blindly follow the dictates of an insane, mass-murdering, megalomaniacal, misogynistic paedophile. Given that you take your orders from the Qu'ran and hadith, you are hardly in a position to give lessons in morality, now are you? Or do you think that sleeping with nine-year-olds, beating women, waging relentless war on those who disagree with you, and killing those who refuse to remain brain-washed by savage superstitions, is the nadir of good, morally commendable behaviour?

    Yes, sadly, I realise that a "good Muslim" will indeed excuse himself when practising deceit, theft and even rape and murder, on the grounds that his victims are "kuffar" (read = the lowest kind of scum), and that Islam permits them to do so just so long as it can be claimed to be in the interests of waging jihad.

    As for the attacks against Bukhari, I know that the official line is that she is that she is evil because she is encouraging other Muslim women to act in a way forbidden by Islam, but if I know anything about human psychology, I would bet that the real reason in most cases is fear of loss of control of "our women" (by the men) and bitter jealousy (by the women). Islam is the perfect tool for spreading hatred, prejudice, intolerance and violence while all along believing oneself to be morally superior to one's victims: after all, one is only dutifully following the Word of the Creator of the Universe! To quote Aldous Huxley: "To be able to destroy with good conscience, to be able to behave badly and call your bad behavior "righteous indignation" -- this is the height of psychological luxury, the most delicious of moral treats."

Could someone pleased kindly explain to me why it is that a Muslim woman gets called a filthy whore who will burn in hell if she shows off her beauty (i.e. her face, neck, hair etc.), and yet Muslim men are promised sex-slaves in paradise? If it is wrong for a woman to do anything that might titillate men, then why is it not wrong for the Qu'ran and hadith to titillate men with the promise of gorgeous, wide-eyed virgin houries in paradise? Also, what about female sexual fulfilment? Do females also get male sex-salves in paradise? Oh yes, I almost forgot: Islam is a religion made by men for men, in order (inter alia) to keep women subjugated, so of course the very idea that women might themselves have sexual needs is not even considered. This is also why it is considered okay for Muslim men to sleep with non-Muslim girls, but a Muslim woman risks being murdered if she sleeps with non-Muslim men: Islam is a misogynistic religion through and through.

    What I suggest is that Shanna declares herself no longer a Muslim, take a strong public stand, and thereby help other oppressed women (who have been brainwashed into believing that they are "Muslims" and can never renounce this) do the same. She has a great chance of being the first British Miss Universe, and does not need or deserve all this shit being thrown around about her on account of her being (nominally) a Muslim. Even if it upsets her parents and family a little, I think this is definitely what she should do, and it would make her a hero to many British female Muslims afraid to speak out and admit that they do not believe in this violent, primitive, women-hating excuse for a religion.

    Take a moral stance, Shanna, and do not allow yourself to be bullied by these hypocritical, moronic misogynists any more!

  18. I understand what you mean i have gone to far in using bad language, but in terms of back biting i dont think that this is the case because i would say it to her face i swear i would. We have a duty to also repel what is clearly wrong as muslims too and in this case i havent done that in the best way but nevertheless i have. This is a woman who clearly puts it across to the world openly that she is muslim that she wants to comodify her body/beauty for all to see in nothing more than a patch on her private bits, to add.. says she wants other muslimahs to do likewise. Frankly and truly this is her going way to far it is dispicable, i dont want my daughters to be led astray by the likes of a so called muslimah who wants to degrade herself on an international scale.

  20. All these commenters getting outraged at the thought of a nominally 'muslim' woman competing in a beauty pageant are obviously deluded in thinking this is a first. Countries like Albania, Bosnia, Kazakhstan, Indonesia, Egypt, Lebanon etc. have been sending competitors to Miss Universe/World for years, many of them nominally 'muslim'. So why is it a big deal now, that it is a British woman? I agree with the the commenter above, that it is due to the overt 'ownership' of women expressed by men from a British Pakistani background. Maybe it's because many Brit-Pakistani men are uneducated/unemployed or generally have low socio-economic outcomes relative to the general population. Men who feel hard done by and victimized by society, perhaps even emasculated and angry, are trying to retain the one source of power in a society where they have none; control over what they see as 'their' women and the source of 'honour' in the their community. I think this mentality also helps explain the wave of 'honour' killings and crimes committed by this segment of the British population. I'd love to see some academic/sociological work done on this.

    As for Shanna, she has the freedom to practice or not practice any religion she sees fit due to living in a country with freedom of religion. If anyone has any issues about it, then STOP READING STORIES ABOUT HER, and don't watch the beauty pageant on tv. Problem solved.

  22. The poster above makes an excellent point about how many nominally 'Muslim' women have been entering competitions like this for decades. But yes, the reason that it is such an issue for many Muslim men here is precisely because they feel that all Pakistani/Indian/Bangladeshi etc. women are their property, and so they become furious when 'their' women assert their freedom and independence by participating in British society and forming relationships with non-Muslims etc. I had a five-year relationship with a very beautiful girl whose parents were Indian Muslims (she had not believed in Islam since she her mid-teens but said that she feared for her life if her family ever found out), and wherever we went in the UK virtually every Asian man would stare at her as if in disgust, and some shouted things like "you should be with your Asian brothers!" from car windows when they saw us. On the few occasions when I confronted them (after being pissed off by how rude their staring was), they basically shat themselves and apologised because they thought I was going to hit them. One Muslim guy who was dating a Catholic girl kept telling her that what she was doing was against Islam and hat she should leave me, and when she told him that she was not a Muslim he threatened to tell her family. He also told her that he was going to beat the crap out of me, which made my girlfriend laugh: "He would kill you", she replied. Sadly, she refused to introduce him to me, and he of course never dared to say any of this to my face, only to her (and she could easily deal with the sad little hypocritical prick anyway). Anyway, this attitude is very common: i.e. that Muslim men are free to date white "kuffar" women (although dating a black girl would probably be taking it too far: Asians in the UK are often very racist against black people behind closed doors) whereas if a girl dates a non-Muslim told that she is a disgrace to the community and to God, subjected to terrible emotional blackmail, cast out of her family and often even has to go into hiding for her own life (thus the so-called 'honour killings' etc.). And yes, as you say, clearly all this stems from the insecurities of Muslim men in British society: the one thing that they feel they have some power over is their daughters and wives, and so the very existence of a beautiful, independent, free women such as Shanna, who is not prepared to submit to their will as a good Muslim woman should, sends them into an apopleptic rage. Saying that they are only doing their religious duty and defending Islam etc. is really just a very convenient cover for appallingly misogynistic and savage behaviour. It is also deeply hypocritical, because you will find these same men desperately attempting to sleep with white girls (even "grooming" young white girls for sex by offering them rides in their cars, giving them alcohol and mobile phones etc.), getting drunk, visiting white prostitutes, watching pornography and so on.

    I think the only answer is for more women like Shanna (who are typically far better educated than their male Muslim peers) to throw off their shackles and participate fully in British society, regardless of the attempted bullying by their insecure, uneducated, hypocritical 'brothers'. As long as women put up with it, men will always attempt to control them and keep them as sex-slaves and servants, and so it is high time that women in the Asian communities in Britain had a feminist revolution, and be done with Islam for good (in fact the reason why this doesn't happen far more than it does is because of fear, and because these girls do not want to upset their mothers and inflame their fathers and brothers).

  26. She is a disgrace not jus to muslims but to all girls out there (all contestants are) .Doesnt mean coz she lives in england she shud go against her religion. To be miss universe they shouldn't have to show her body off. Miss universe winner shud be sum1 who isnt afraid to stand up and say i shud be able to win without having to show my body off- it shud be bout personality and things that actually matter not looks , height , weight.She is a disgrace to her religoin and all girls who actually have respect for themselve. She needs sum shame and wot sort of parents does she have WTF doesn't matter its her choce if she wants to rot in hell !!! its my opinion before any1 jumps down my throat xx
