LM has always struggled with the English sense of humour so do forgive me if I fail to see the joke in this racist and religiously aggravated offence. However, the fact that the individual accused of the offence is apparently a devout pious Christian and a regular churchgoer of over 30 years standing does indicate the type and extent of hate we Muslims face from fanataical right wing racist Christian evangelical chavs.

If the muslims he lobbed the pork and bacon at are anything like the ones I observed recently at a large London hotel, then they were probably glad of it.

The educated Muslims leaving are they? I thought that in the universities, the spookers are saying that Islam is growing? From personal experience & anecdotes, I would say that Islam is being taken up by growing numbers of non-Muslims.
In sub-Saharan Africa, Islam will be extinct will it now? Believe it when I see it. Remember the Christian tribal genocidal slaughter among Hutus & Tutsis, Islam grew rapidly. Then again, muslims seem to have low standards concerning revelations. The question is do you recognize your own bias, prejudices, and false assumptions? I doubt it. The case of Safiyya bint Huyai was brought up, with killing her husband, brother and father on the same day it was considered unlikely that she went to the founder of islam's bed willingly. The Muslim apologist said in effect to see the events as rape was a reflection of the depravity and base nature of the non-muslim. Even though if told the same story without the names the vast majority of human beings, assuming love between family members, would say she was forced into sex. As though muslims don't re-interpret the account to fulfill their own twisted biases, He is the highest moral fiber, therefore cannot be guilty of rape. If he is not as the quran says the Perfect Man, a model for all time, if the quran is wrong there...well you can see the whole edifice come crashing down.
