  2. Presumably he had a message to every country that sent a news crew. That's what you would do when trying to publicise the event to every country.

    Seems a bit naive to assume that he only spoke directly to the Israelis.

  3. Not Naive - that's too nice a word for it. How about paranoid, hate-mongering, or even anti-Semitic?

    Any one of these expressions and you might be a tad closer to the truth.
